Your room is alocated and available for occupancy the moment your flight lands in Kos. If you prefer your room does not have to be vacated untill 3 hours before your FLIGHT departs. This can mean up to one whole day more on your holiday when compared to package holidays, if you wish to use this option, please let us know when you contact us.

Just to say thanks for arranging our 5 day break last week. The Angela Thalia apartments were as lovely as ever. It is so peaceful there but interesting as its opposite the harbour, so our only exercise was raising the ouzo glass, whilst watching disembarkation - which is always fun. We had some lovely food - most memorable was the 'special' pork on a spit at Harama and our free breakfast (I had egg and bacon which was a first for me in Greece) . We also had moussaka which isn't something I'd usually choose, but my friend wanted it so I said I would too. This was at Kali Kardia, where Nikos is on a mission to persuade people to try tsipero as it doesn't give you a headache (apparently). We also tried a cocktail at Number 1 Bar - both going for a Shirley Valentine. I don't know how Mastihari has hung on to its village feel but it has and it's beautiful still.
In case you are asked, we went to Kos on the bus last Friday and I can honestly say that I saw two possible refugees ( they were darker skinned and sitting on a bench) there was no sign of the 'hell hole' described in the Daily Mail and Daily Express. Kos town was busy and we had a lovely meal at lunchtime at The Fish House Taverna by the harbour. At no time did we feel intimidated, threatened or uncomfortable. I feel it is important to tell you this, as I heard that the news reports had people changing their mind about coming - even to Mastichari, which is miles from Kos town. These newspapers are just scaremongering.
Anyway, thank you again and I'm looking forward to my second trip with my son and his family (a first to Greece for my daughter in law and grandson).

The accommodation was great and a lovely added bonus with the welcome pack of bread, milk, water etc. We also had a lovely surprise when some home made chocolate cake was left in our fridge. We had a wonderful time in Mastihari. Everything was perfect. Maria the owner of our apartments visited every day sometimes twice in one day and usually had home baked cakes or rolls once even chocolate crepes. She was lovely and very welcoming as is everyone in the village. We loved the beach and El Grego and the Borsollino and the Horizon. Our favourite bar had to be the Chill Out Bar where we started off all of our evenings. We generally finished off at Ol Blue Eyes. We really liked Vios too and were there a number of times. All in all a lovely holiday and feel we know most of the village now. So next year I think we will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for arranging everything. "This was my first time to Greece and Mastihari was the perfect choice. Our de luxe apartment was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view of the harbour and the beautiful island of Kalymnos opposite, which was well worth a couple of visits. All the tavernas and bars in the village were hosted by the friendliest of people and the greek food served in them was so tasty. Our favourites were El Greco and the Traditional House and the Aplo bar was superb for a brandy alexander after dinner. Kathryn (the english contact) was so kind and took me to the local doctor explaining my symptoms in Greek to the doctor and then ran me to the pharmacy too. We would definitely use the services of Greycat again - completely trouble-free and with a wealth of knowledge of the area - thank you for a great relaxing holiday."
